Every product you purchase is covered by the Baupor guarantee.
You can return the product within ten (10) business days from the delivery date in its original condition without opening, damaging, or using it. Please return the product with a letter including the product invoice, order number, and any relevant information.
If you suspect any damage during shipment, inspect the packages in the presence of the delivery company representative. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept it and create a report with the courier. Remember that accepting the product implies acknowledgment that the courier company has fulfilled its duty.
Returns of opened, used, or damaged products are not accepted.
The customer is obligated to return the product in the same condition it was delivered, and if used, compensate for the loss in the commercial value of the item.
For bulk purchases (Minimum 10 pieces), there is no possibility of return. By placing an order, the customer is considered to have accepted this provision.
In case of a return or cancellation, the product's price is refunded within ten (10) days from the moment the returned product reaches us. Credit card refunds may take 2-6 weeks, and our company does not have control over this period.
If any defects arise after the product reaches the customer, the customer should contact the authorized service centers of the manufacturer.
For products returned in compliance with the above conditions, both the shipping cost and the return shipping cost are covered by the customer.
Bank transfers are processed within 2 business days, while credit card refunds are processed within 3 business days. The timing of credit card refunds may vary, and customers should contact their bank's credit card service if needed. After the "Cancelled" notification appears for your order, the entire amount is refunded to your credit card or the bank where you made the transfer. Refunds for installment sales are reflected as a positive balance on your credit card each month by your bank.
